“My goal is to create a space where people can grow and be their best self, and to help organizations create cultures of inclusivity where everyone benefits.”
Imagine a world where everyone felt included and valued in their jobs, where they were engaged and connected to the work they do, and where the success of the individual and the organization was as the forefront of everyone’s mind.
Roz has created a successful business to help companies align their operations to foster a culture that does just that. With a focus on Inclusive Leadership and how it can create a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), she brings extensive experience as a Human Resources leader. Her ingenuity, approachable, casual style and ability to practice what she preaches, gives her the ability to help a company envision or understand their culture and align it with business operations.
Roz recently received her Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. Her disseration, The relationships between dimensions of inclusive leadership and aspects of employee engagement: Crucial connections for organizational success, provides pragmatic and data driven ways organizations can practice Inclusive Leadership and positively affects employee's engagement. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s in Public and Educational Management from Stony Brook University.
Originally from Long Island, when Roz isn’t spending time with her two teenagers or her adorable dog, Ice Cream, she is paying it forward. Currently, she is on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco (JCCSF) and is an advisor to Girls on the Run in San Francisco. In her free time (ha!), she is cooking, traveling, trying to get back into running, or enjoying all of the delicious foods San Francisco has to offer.
